수문학에서 주된 관심사인 강우-유출과정을 강의하며, 기초내용으로 강수와 증발산을 강의한 후 강우로 인한 유출현상을 예제를 들어 강의한다.
각종 구조물설계의 기준이 되는 설계홍수량 결정방법에 대하여 Program을 이용하여 강의하며 실습을 통한 실무능력을 배양한다.

In this course, we study the following subjects; precipitation, interception and depression storage, infiltration, evaporation and transportation, stream flow, runoff and the catchment, hydrographs, hydrograph routing, urban and small watershed design.
